Our Delivery Mode
All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail delivery service in discreet, unbranded packaging. If you place your order before 1:00 pm, our UK-based GMC registered doctors will typically review it. Once approved, your medication will be dispatched on the same working day. However, if you place an order after 3:00 pm, it may not be dispatched until the following working day. This applies to orders requesting the Special Delivery option as well. Please note that a signature is required for all delivery options. If delivery cannot be made, the parcel will be available for collection at your local Royal Mail delivery office. Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the UK.
We offer the following delivery options
Standard Recorded Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.99)
For UK Standard Delivery, we charge £2.99. This charge covers the total cost of delivery and packaging, regardless of the number of items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders usually arrive within three working days. If your order exceeds £40, you will qualify for FREE standard recorded delivery. However, for orders over £40, you will still be charged if you select Next Working Day Delivery (£4.99), Special Delivery (£6.49), or Saturday Delivery (£10.99) options.
Next Working Day Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.99)
For UK Next Working Day Delivery, we charge £4.99. While this service aims to deliver the next working day, it does not guarantee it. If you place an order after 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday, you will miss the cut-off point for our Next Day Delivery service.
Next Working Day Guaranteed Delivery – Royal Mail Special by 1 pm (£6.49)
For UK next working day delivery, we charge £6.49. Next Working Day delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail service, and if authorized before 1:00 pm (Monday-Thursday), they should arrive the next working day. If you place an order after 1:00 pm, you will miss the cut-off point for our Next Day Delivery service, and orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the following working day. Additionally, Next Day orders placed on Friday before 3:00 pm will be delivered on the next working Monday (excluding bank holidays). If you place an order after 1:00 pm from Monday to Friday, you will miss the cut-off point for our Next Day Delivery service.
Saturday Delivery – Royal Mail Special by 1 pm (£10.99)
For UK Saturday Delivery, we charge £10.99 via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. This option is available for orders placed throughout the week and on Friday before 3:00 pm. Orders will be reviewed by a GMC registered doctor, and if the selected medication is suitable, it will be dispatched on the same day for Saturday delivery. If you place an order after 3:00 pm, you will miss the cut-off point for our Saturday Delivery service.
NHS Prescription Order Delivery:
For NHS Prescription medication orders, we aim to dispatch them on the same working day we receive your prescription. After completing your order, please send your prescription to the following address:
